Enchante Hospitality is a culinary company that aims to highlight the flavors of Philadelphia and its surrounding communities. Chef Andre Griffin Jr., known as Chef Dre Yamz on social media, was born and raised in North Philadelphia. Growing up, if Chef Andre wasn’t outside playing basketball, he would be in the kitchen. He loved to watch his mother and grandmother prepare southern-style meals and would be asking questions along the way.
